The Waltham School District selected FLC to construct a new 78,000 SF three-story elementary building. The Fitzgerald School includes twenty-six (26) classrooms, four (4) kindergarten suites, a library, a full-service cafeteria, a gymnasium, and an elevator. The $19 million project was completed in 17 months and included state-of-the-art voice/data, lighting control, security, and energy management systems. FLC is proud to have created a safe, comfortable learning environment for area families.
