Mark has been involved with F.L. Caulfield & Sons, Inc. since his high school days when he worked after school under the tutelage of his father Tom. Although not fully aware, he was exposed to various aspects of construction and business during this time. As he continued to further his education, he worked summers in the field under the guidance of multiple Superintendents before attaining his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. After graduating, Mark continued to learn while working alongside experienced Project Managers and Estimators to hone his skills and eventually lead these departments. He now heads FLC as Vice President. Following in his father’s, and grandfather’s footsteps, Mark continues FLC’s focus on client satisfaction. He works to maintain the long-lasting relationships FLC has fostered, while continuously creating new ones.
