THE HISTORY OF FLC
In 1946, Frank L. Caulfield of South Boston started his company as an asphalt contractor. As charismatic as he was honest, Frank utilized his personality and hard work to build the foundation upon which F.L. Caulfield & Sons stands today. He propelled his company to success, expanding from laying asphalt to a full-service commercial construction management firm.
Transitioning from first to second-generation ownership, Tom Caulfield further advanced FLC to new heights by working in some of the most prestigious institutions in Boston. Now, under the guidance of Tom, his sons Jeff and Mark oversee the company’s day-to-day operations while continuing to build upon the durable foundation forged by FLC. In the 3rd generation of ownership, they carry on the legacy of hard work, perseverance, and complete commitment to client satisfaction.
