F.L. Caulfield & Sons’ longstanding client relationships allowed for a unique opportunity on Nantucket Island. Nantucket Cottage Pharmacy, previously a schoolhouse and most recently the NCH Founders Building, was designed to become an all-island retail pharmacy under the umbrella of Nantucket Cottage Hospital. In concert with architect Linea 5, Inc., FLC managed a five-month renovation that included an entirely new architectural layout, an electrical service upgrade, and a complete MEP overhaul. With finishing touches that included a custom pickup counter faced with panels imported from France, the Nantucket Cottage Pharmacy is a welcome addition to the NCH family.
