Jeff Caulfield has over 20 years of commercial construction experience in the New England market. He began his career as a Carpenter apprentice and worked his way through the ranks up to Supervisor/Head of Operations and is now the Vice President of F.L. Caulfield & Sons, Inc. Due to his time working in both the field and in the classroom at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Jeff is extremely well-versed in all aspects of construction management as well as project management. Taking his leadership role within the company very seriously, Jeff works to foster a positive, team-based environment with a focus on developing and advancing each of his employees as well as giving back to the community in which FLC operates in. As a third-generation business owner, his vision and goal remain the same as it was when his grandfather founded the company; to provide an exceptional client experience. Jeff takes pride in fostering solid, long-term relationships with his clients many of whom have trusted FLC for 20+ years. Jeff has been a loyal member of the Boston Carpenter’s union since 1997 and continues to hold his book/membership today. Jeff and FLC have deep ties and relationships with the local unions which allow them access to some of the area’s top talent. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, exercising, golfing, and traveling.
