Newton Wellesley Hospital Cooling Tower & Chiller Replacement

This phased project consisted of replacing six (6) Cooling Towers and two (2) Chillers along with all new mechanical, power, and controls located on the penthouse floor of the Usen Building. The key aspect of this project was the ability to maintain daily operations while conducting periodic shutdowns.

Communication and teamwork were vital in keeping the two cooling towers working at all times along with intricately planned crane picks in order to install the new cooling towers.
