A 55,000 SF renovation to create a new collaborative lab and office space for Scholar Rock, a biopharmaceutical company based in Cambridge, MA, FLC utilized BIM coordination to design-build the space with TRIA Architects, NV5, Sullivan & McLaughlin, and TG Gallagher. FLC was especially proud to deliver this project safely, on time, and under budget given the unprecedented work environment created by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
