F.L. Caulfield & Sons, Inc. Corporate Office Renovation

FLC relocated its headquarters to an old former brick, wood, and steel warehouse located at 85 Federal Ave. The building was transformed into a beautiful office space with a clean, industrial aesthetic. The multi-floor renovation consisted of all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The office space features refinished hardwood floors throughout, private offices along the perimeter, workstations in the center to allow for collaboration, two steel-framed huddle rooms, a large conference room for meetings, and a kitchen area. The space also has a company gym, an in-house workshop, and ample storage.
